Subject: Step 9 - Don’t sweat the small stuff. Focus on the good!

Step 9: Finally, enjoy the process.

As you become a person through the positive change you

are creating, take the time to enjoy each step of the way. As you fall in love with the process of having control over your results, you begin to recognize how easy it actually is. Taking control in

this fashion often generalizes into the rest of your life. You begin to see life differently. Since you are more active and are outside more, you begin to find enjoyment in the real world around you

and not just on your phone or computer. As your confidence increases you find yourself applying for new opportunities at work, maybe you run some 5k races…..maybe a marathon. There are no limits to what you can do when you decide where you want to go and make a plan to get there.

Action Step: Every day take the time to write down all the things you enjoy.

Remember Step #2 is to write your goals each day. Now you get to write how each of your goals is coming to life. As you take the time to write down the good in your life, you begin to notice it more. You begin to see life through a different set of lenses than in the past. Each day take a few minutes to write your goal and then what has changed in your life that is now drawing you closer to those goals.

Enjoy! You are now a different person. You are now the person who weighs less, who exercises

more, who walks more, and eats less. Congratulations! You are in this transformational process!
